Advanced Technology Armor® (ATA®) is a revolutionary family of fibers and yarns engineered and designed for use in the manufacturing of high end personal protective equipment. From concept, to prototype, to finished product, ATA® is designed to offer a superior level of protection, comfort, function and value all at a reduced cost.

ATA® has had a tremendous effect on the industrial glove market and has been one of the leading forces in facilitating a change to "traditional" hand protection design.

ATA® is constructed using state of the act manufacturing and production techniques. The ATA® yarn core is engineered with a combination of cut resistant components which run parallel to the para-aramid fibers that are bonded to the outside core. This allows a product that is made with ATA® to have a cut resistant factor that can be up to 2x better than a comparable product made with conventional 100% para-Aramid (Kevlar® or Twaron®).

When compared to conventional cut resistant fibers, ATA® outperforms in protection, value and versatility.
